TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the “PC”) is the complete supply of food-service (gastro) technology for the catering facility in the premises of the Nový Bydžov hospital, located on parcel no. parc. č. st. 1263 in the cadastral area (k.ú.) of Nový Bydžov, all in accordance with the technical parameters and the standards contained in Annex No. 1 to the tender conditions and the provision of related services (hereinafter also only “delivery of equipment” or “goods”), including the agreed warranty conditions. The performance also includes the transport of the equipment, its assembly, installation, commissioning including verification of functionality, carrying out all operational tests and prescribed tests in accordance with the applicable valid legal regulation, verification of the declared technical parameters according to the specification stated in the schedule of supplies and services (Annex No. 1).
