TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the “PC”) is a complete supply of foodservice equipment technology for the catering facility in the premises of the Nový Bydžov hospital, located on plot no. parc. č. st. 1263 in the cadastral area k.ú. Nový Bydžov, all in accordance with the technical parameters and the standards contained in Annex No. 1 to the tender documents and the provision of related services (hereinafter also only referred to as the “supply of equipment” or “goods”), including agreed warranty conditions. The performance includes delivery of the equipment, its assembly, installation, commissioning including verification of functionality, performing all operational tests and prescribed tests in accordance with the applicable legal regulation, verification of the declared technical parameters according to the specification stated in the bill of supplies and services (Annex No. 1).
