The subject of procurement is the renovation and rehabilitation of the facade of the residential - commercial building, Trg kralja Tomislava 19 in Zagreb, which is included in the City Arrangement Programme for 2026.Based on the project documentation, prior approval has been obtained – a decision by the City Institute for the Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage CLASS: UP/I-612-03/24-006/909, Ref. No: 251-14-03/001-24-2 of 22.11.2024.Construction and craft works for rehabilitation include the following groups of works: preparatory works, restoration works, masonry and façade works, joinery, locksmith and metal band works, sheet-metal works, painting and plastering works, glazing works, and other works.The works are carried out under continuous conservation supervision.
