TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the renovation and rehabilitation of the street and courtyard facades of the multi-residential building Primorska 32 in Zagreb, included in the Work Program in the field of communal services in the City of Zagreb for the year 2026 - City Improvement. Based on the project documentation prepared by the company IZVEDBENI NACRT d.o.o., Javorska 37, 10 000 Zagreb (Project for the renovation of the street and courtyard facades of the building Primorska 32; designer: Roman Pelt, civil engineer; TD: IN-11/2024 from June 2024), prior approval was obtained – decision by the City Institute for the Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage (UP/I-612-03/24-006/545, Reference number: 251-14-04/002-24-2 dated 04.10.2024). At the subject location/parcel, the existing building consists of the following floors: Basement + Ground floor + 1st floor + 2nd floor + 3rd floor + attic. The building is a corner property at the intersection of Primorska Street and Vjekoslav Klaić Street.
