TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the renovation and repair of the façade of the multi-residential building at Vlaška Street 96 in Zagreb, which is listed on the Final Priority List for co-financing the renovation of façades of multi-residential buildings in the city of Zagreb according to the Decision on conditions, manner and criteria for co-financing the renovation of façades of multi-residential buildings (Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb Nos. 5/2017, 2/2018 and 13/2019). Based on the project documentation, a prior approval has been obtained – decision of the City Institute for the Protection of Cultural and Natural Monuments, CLASS: UP/I-612-03/25-006/618, File number: 251-14-04/003-25-2 dated 15.10.2025. Construction and craft repair works include the following groups of works: scaffolding and preparatory works, demolition and dismantling, masonry - plastering works, roofing, carpentry, locksmith, painting and decorating works, and other works.
