TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the renewal of the facade of a multi-residential building at Vodnikova 10 in Zagreb, which is located on the Priority List for co-financing the renewal of the facades of multi-residential buildings in the City of Zagreb. CPV code and title: 45400000-1. Based on the prepared technical documentation, prior approval has been obtained – a decision by the City Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments and Nature (Class: UP/I-612-03/24-006/1039, No: 251-14-02/005-25-4 dated 24.02.2025) for the performance of the subject works. Construction and craft works of rehabilitation include the following groups of works: scaffolding and preparatory works, demolition, dismantling and transport, masonry and facade works, sheet-metal works, carpentry, locksmith works, painting and plastering works and other works. Conservation and restoration works are also carried out. All works are performed on the street-facing and courtyard facades. The works are carried out under continuous conservation supervision.
