TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the renovation works on the fire station building due to damages caused by natural disasters in July 2023, located at Bistranska 2, 10298 Donja Bistra, specifically on the plot cadastre Donja Bistra, plot no. 3375/13, with a total size of 909 m², as defined in the Bill of Quantities, and other required conditions indicated in this Procurement Documentation and its annexes. The contracting authority has freely and without restrictions made all the aforementioned documentation available via the Electronic Public Procurement Notice Board of the Republic of Croatia. It will be considered that the economic operator, before submitting the offer, has thoroughly reviewed this Procurement Documentation, has obtained all necessary data affecting the execution of the works, and based on all of that, has submitted their offer. For the purposes of this Procurement Documentation, the subject of procurement includes the implementation of construction works, all as defined in the Bill of Quantities, which is part of this Procurement Documentation. Renovation of the fire station building due to damages caused by natural disasters in July 2023.
