The subject of the contract is the performance of work, i.e. design and engineering activities for the IPR "Renewal of secondary equipment 110kV and 400kV, ROP 110kV and innovation of RIS 400 kV ESt Horná Ždaňa" within the scope of: - securing input data within the scope of item 3.3.1 of the UNIKA 2026 Tariff for designing bid prices for design works and engineering activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Tariff"), - developing the project structure – listing the PS and SO, - preparing design documentation for the selection of the contractor for the state: Project of construction -1, - preparing a draft schedule of the progress of the Work (hereinafter referred to as the "HMG") with regard to the annual shutdown plan, - preparing Project of construction -2 based on Project of construction -1 and according to the offer of the successful tenderer with whom SEPS will conclude the ZoD for the construction execution, - preparing Documentation of actual execution approved by the Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "DSV"), - ensuring the performance of professional author's supervision by the designer, participation in putting the work or part thereof into…
