TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of construction and craft works for the renovation of an auxiliary building of the Primary School Rugvica in Rugvica, a public and social-purpose building. The building renovation includes remediation (replacement) of the ceiling structure, replacement of the roof structure, installation of wall thermal insulation over the entire building envelope, and replacement of external joinery. The subject of procurement includes: - removal of the existing ceiling structure and fabrication and installation of a new one; - dismantling of the existing and construction of the new roof structure; - installation of thermal insulation of external walls over the entire building envelope, with the corresponding finishing facade layers; - removal of the existing and supply and installation of new external joinery; - associated preparatory, dismantling and finishing construction and craft works required for the complete execution of the above-mentioned interventions. The works include preparatory, masonry, reinforced concrete, carpentry, sheet-metal, roofing, facade works, and other construction and craft works.
