Mandatory civil liability insurance for an entity carrying out medical activities in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 April 2019 on mandatory civil liability insurance for an entity carrying out medical activities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Dz. U. of 2025, item 272) and voluntary civil liability insurance for possession of property and for operations carried out by a healthcare facility A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 13 to the SWZ. Annexes No 1 to No 9 to the SWZ contain the list of assets of WSZ. Annex No 10 to the SWZ contains the list of WSZ assets not included in Annexes No 1 to No 9 as at 30.03.2026. Annex No 11 to the SWZ contains the scope of insurance: burglary with forced entry and robbery, with inclusion of the risk of vandalism Annex No 12 to the SWZ contains information on claims experience.
