TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract has as its purpose the execution of the Works corresponding to the Update of the Urban Development Project for Sector PA-2 Castillo Alto. Phase 2 East Zone of Nerja (Málaga), in accordance with the Project drafted by Mr. D. Pedro Gonzalo Díaz, civil engineer of the consultancy Ingeniasur Consultora, S.L.P., approved by agreement of the Local Government Board (Junta de Gobierno Local), dated 5 December 2025, and in which are included all documents required in Article 233 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts. The contract has as its purpose the execution of the Works corresponding to the Update of the Urban Development Project for Sector PA-2 Castillo Alto.
