TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the execution of a comprehensive, single and coordinated undertaking for the creation of the Music Complex and Rehabilitation of the Old Slaughterhouse for use as an Archaeological Store, and the adaptation of the urban environment and the arrangement of the parking areas on the existing hillside between the Alcázar Puerta de Sevilla and the buildings of the New and Old Slaughterhouse, through a joint urban, architectural and constructive solution which includes the construction of the New Music School on the plot of the New Slaughterhouse of Carmona in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the competition, through a jury, for the preparation of projects, at the pre-project stage, for the construction of the cultural complex for music and heritage in the former slaughterhouses of Carmona and the adaptation of its urban surroundings; the rehabilitation of the Old Slaughterhouse for use as an Archaeological Store, in accordance with the programme of needs described in the Technical Specifications of the Ideas Competition; and the adaptation and integration of the urban environment, including the arrangement of the parking areas on the…
