Obres contemplades al Projecte Bàsic i Executiu de les obres d’urbanització Dels Jardins de Montsió I el Mirador del Parc dels Torrents a Esplugues de Llobregat (Fase I)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract is the execution of the urbanization works of Jardins de Montsió and the Mirador del Parc dels Torrents in Esplugues de Llobregat (Phase I), which consist of the following points: ● Transformation of the space into a public-use urban park open during daylight hours, perfectly connected with the Parc dels Torrents and the adjacent urban fabric. ● Layout of new paths to improve permeability and connectivity of the area, strictly incorporating universal accessibility criteria in all routes. ● Implementation of a lighting system that ensures safety and visibility of the routes. ● Exclusive limitation of the intervention in this first phase to the earthworks necessary for the physical execution of the aforementioned paths and lighting installations. ● Express exclusion from this project of vegetation conditioning, planting of new vegetation, and interventions in the immediate areas of the monastery and Can Casanovas, elements that will be subject to subsequent phases.
