TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of the works contemplated in the Executive Project of the Ordinary Urbanization Works of Parc dels Torrents North Loop Area Phase I, which consist of the following points: ● Around the Esplugues Bridge: It aims to enhance the viewing of the north face of the bridge, granting it heritage value through the restoration of all its arches and the creation of an open space with furniture for civic activities. In this area closer to the bridge, a calisthenics area and a children's playground will be installed, as well as adapting the fourth arch of the bridge for the installation of a climbing or bouldering area. ● Accessibility: The accessibility of pedestrian routes will be improved to strictly comply with the current Catalonia Accessibility Code (removal of architectural barriers). ● Vegetation and Irrigation: Clearing and pruning tasks will be carried out to recover existing trees, dead specimens will be removed, and new species (such as garden plums, jacarandas, bitter oranges, and pink acacias) adapted bioclimatically and for low water consumption will be planted.
