Contracting the works corresponding to the technical report for the Creation of a new green space in Plaça de Sant Pere. These works for the refurbishment of the square consist of: - Demolition of the existing paving to carry out planting beds and trenches, and replacement of the paving when necessary. - Excavation within the planting bed and tree pit areas. - Execution of the trenches for the irrigation network (excavation, pipes, valves...), including a new service connection. - Execution of the diversion trenches for the existing utility services (street lighting and telecommunications) and relocation of the existing fixed elements. - Plantings - Furniture
