TENDER DESCRIPTION
Works to improve the air-conditioning installations of the Castell building - Torredembarra Town Hall, defined in two phases: PHASE 1: this phase will include the execution of the following works: - Dismantling the two current Ciatesa heat pumps from the roof. - Installing a Ciat Aquaciat ILD 450R heat pump, or similar. - Removal of the three existing centrifugal pumps. - Manufacture of anti-vibration supports. - Installation of a magnetic sludge deaerator, and electrical and thermal energy meters. - Installation of a remote intelligent management system for the equipment. PHASE 2: - Installation of a second Ciat Aquaciat ILD 450R heat pump, or similar.
