TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the construction works for the renewal of the existing pavements, the modernisation of urban services networks, and the adaptation of public space to current needs, in the historic centre of Bellver de Cerdanya, while maintaining consistency with the inherent characteristics of the surrounding environment. The planned interventions include the renewal of the drinking water networks, drainage/sewerage (sanitation), public lighting, electrical power and telecommunications, the undergrounding of overhead installations, improvement of drainage systems, replacement of pavements, and the adaptation of other urbanisation elements that may be affected by the works. The actions contemplated in this project generally include the following interventions: • Renewal of the existing pavements, with replacement of the bases and affected finishes. • Demolition of the urbanisation elements necessary for carrying out the works. • Renewal and extension of the sanitation (drainage/sewerage) and drinking water networks. • Installation of new underground conduits for the electrical energy, telecommunications and public lighting networks. • Undergrounding of the…
