TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public works contract is for the execution of the works described in the following projects: - “Project for improving the bathroom, flooring and wall finishing in a ground-floor dwelling. Passeig Mata, 3, Block A, ground floor 2a – 43202 Reus” and “Project for renovation of the bathroom, kitchen and electrical installation on the first floor. Passeig Mata, 3, Block A, 1st 2a-43202 Reus”, initially approved by Decree of the Delegate Councillor for the Urban Planning and Housing Area, dated 9 April 2026, and finally approved on 11 May 2026. - “Project for minor repairs to the roof covering and exterior joinery in a multi-family residential building for social rental (Passeig Mata no. 3 – 43202 Reus)”, initially approved by Decree of the Delegate Councillor for the Urban Planning and Housing Area, dated 10 April 2026, and finally approved on 12 May 2026. - “Project for arranging the general sewage installation in a multi-family residential building for social rental at Passeig Mata no. 3 in Reus”, initially approved by Decree of the Delegate Councillor for the Urban Planning and Housing Area, dated 26 February 2026, and finally approved on 27 April 2026.
