TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the execution of interior renovation and fitting-out works for the space on the attic floor (plant golfes) of the building Ca l'Orga, located at Carrer Sant Isidre, 3, in Picamoixons, in accordance with the technical specifications detailed in the Works Project approved by the EMD of Picamoixons. The purpose is defined in a determined manner, complying with Article 99.1 of Law 9/2017: “The purpose of public sector contracts must be determined. It may be defined taking into account the specific needs or functionalities to be satisfied, without closing the contract’s purpose to a single solution.” The main actions, according to the Descriptive Report (MD 2) of the project, are: 1. Functional adaptation of the space: Creation of new interior partitions to separate the different areas (multipurpose room, meeting area, coordination and reception). 2. Removal of architectural barriers: Installation of an electromechanical lift for 8 persons (630 kg) and a loading platform to ensure universal accessibility. 3.
