TENDER DESCRIPTION

This project, besides the aesthetic renewal that the renovation will entail, aims to create a change that allows the revaluation of pedestrian spaces and improve coexistence with vehicles while reconnecting the facilities and the different spaces along Pirineu Street. The surface intervention consists of the total replacement of the pavement, with a shared priority criterion between pedestrians and vehicles, on a single-platform street. In addition, parking areas will be redefined, as well as the connection between different spaces. The sidewalk will allow connecting the two streets, and these with Plaça de la Font del Roquet and the existing sidewalk up to the BV-5213 road and the old town of Tavèrnoles. The action will also involve the renovation of existing infrastructures and services. The urbanization project aims to improve the overall image of the municipality and achieve a homogeneous ensemble. For this reason, it opts to continue the typologies established by the old reform and reurbanization projects of Mig and Montseny streets, in the old part of the town.
