TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the execution of the works defined in the “Demolition Project for Six Buildings and Auxiliary Structures at Can Camps, Fogars de la Selva”, prepared by the architect Josep Manel Mosquera Caballeria and approved by the Local Government Board on 21 August 2026. The project, in the terms and with the scope defined in the approved project, includes the preliminary actions, the disconnection of services, the removal of materials containing asbestos, the demolition of the buildings and auxiliary structures, the loading, sorting, transport and management of waste, the cleaning of the plots and the re-profiling, reshaping, regularisation and final restoration of the affected lands.
