TENDER DESCRIPTION
Execution of the total demolition works for the residential buildings located on Carrer Sant Josep, 11 and on Carrer del Castell de la Trinitat, 52-54 in the urban core of Roses, which are currently disused and unoccupied due to their precarious conditions of conservation. The works consist of the complete demolition of the two buildings, leaving the party walls that remain visible protected with a projected spray polyurethane foam coating and a concrete base to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the resulting plot.
