TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present public works contract has as its purpose the execution of PHASE 1 of the works described in the “Project for the demolition of a building between party walls and two on a corner, with subsequent development of the resulting space located at Carrer Balmes, 30-32-34 in Reus”, drafted by the technical architect Maria Escoda Cabré, of the municipal technical services, Department of Architecture. Therefore, through this tender, only PHASE 1 of the project will be executed, relating to the demolition of the buildings. The project was initially approved by an agreement of the Board of Government, dated 25 May 2026, and definitively approved by the same body on 31 July 2026. This action is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The purpose of this action is to promote sustainable development and economic, social and territorial cohesion in Reus, within the framework of the Pluriregional Operational Programme of the European Regional Development Fund.
