TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract has as its purpose to complete the works corresponding to the rehabilitation project drawn up by the technician Mr. Eduard Vilà Barbé, following the early termination of the previous contract awarded by SMHAUSA, limiting itself exclusively to the units of work pending execution according to the technical documentation included in the file. The purpose of this contract is funded with Next Generation funds under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and, therefore, funded by the European Union-NextGenerationEU with the reference RT-00389-25. Royal Decree 853/2021, of 5 October, which regulates the aid programmes in matters of residential rehabilitation and social housing under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
