TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is to provide, in the public interest, a service of domestic regular urban bus transport of passengers within the territory of the town of Piešťany and the local part of Kocurice, within the scope and under the conditions set out in the Contract on Public-Interest Transport Services and on the Provision of Urban Bus Transport of Passengers in the town of Piešťany and the local part of Kocurice (hereinafter referred to as the “contract”), which forms Annex No 7 to the Tender Documents. Main parameters of the subject matter of the contract: a) initial planned scope of transport services: maximum 295,000 km per year, of which 270,810 tariff kilometres and maximum 24,190 overhead kilometres, in accordance with Annex No 1 to the contract; b) change of the scope of transport services is possible under the conditions of Article IV of the contract; c) line routes and services according to the timetables forming Annex No 9 to the contract, as worded in the timetables approved by the contracting authority for the relevant period; d) the service is provided using at least 7 buses and 1 reserve bus, all with reduced entry (LOW ENTRY) or with low floor…
