TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract entitled “Contracting for the joint supply of traction electricity, including responsibility for imbalance, for the needs of third parties for a period of 12 months, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027” is - the supply of electricity to the contracting authority’s offtake points, the complete list of which forms Annex No 1 to Chapter B.1 (Description of the subject matter of the contract) of the tender documents, as set out as needed in the estimated offtake diagram, which forms Annex No 2 to Chapter B.1 (Description of the subject matter of the contract) of the tender documents, in the required quality and with a guarantee of electricity supply for the entire duration of the joint electricity supply contract concluded on the basis of the results of a public tender; - ensuring electricity distribution, regulated distribution services provided by the distribution system operator to which the offtake points are connected, ensuring other related services, including the levy to the National Nuclear Fund pursuant to Government Decree No 21/2019 Z. z., which establishes the amount of the annual levy determined for the settlement of historical debt from the…
