TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the operation of fourteen municipal, public and publicly accessible toilets located within the city of Kielce, for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract (no earlier than from 05.01.2027) to 04.01.2029. 2. The scope of the service includes, inter alia: 2.1. performing hygienic and sanitary procedures, such as: 2.1.1. washing floors, tiles, wall cladding panels, windows, doors, sanitary fixtures and other elements that form part of the equipment of the toilets; 2.1.2. disinfection of sanitary fixtures; 2.1.3. ongoing provision of odour neutralizers; 2.2. maintenance of the facility and its equipment, in particular: 2.2.1. inspections of the water and sewage installations, ongoing removal of defects and damage, and adjustment of valves and flush tanks/toilet cisterns, replacement of seals, toilet seat boards, unblocking of sewage pipes; 2.2.2. inspections of electrical installations (excluding annual assessments and five-year assessments resulting from obligations imposed by the Act Construction Law), removal of defects or damage, replacement or repair of electrical sockets, switches, luminaires, lighting, burnt heaters and electrical…
