TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the administrative and operational service of server infrastructure and a structured cabling network, together with SOC services for SPWSZ in Szczecin. 2. The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, and in the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. The place where the subject matter of the contract will be performed shall be the Independent Public Voivodeship Specialist Hospital (Samodzielny Publiczny Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony) in Szczecin with its registered office at Arkońska 4 Street, 71-455 Szczecin, at the locations at Arkońska Street and Sokołowskiego Street. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks relating to the subject matter of the contract.
