1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive banking services for the City of Zduńska Wola budget in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, and the City of Zduńska Wola’s taking out a current account overdraft loan to cover the transitional deficit occurring during the year in the years 2027-2030. 2. The contract includes: 1) opening, operating and closing bank accounts, 2) executing orders for domestic and foreign transfers, including instant transfers, 3) executing all payments to the Contracting Authority’s accounts and withdrawals from those accounts, 4) providing access, including installing and reinstalling electronic banking software at positions indicated by the Contracting Authority and servicing it, 5) providing the electronic banking service, 6) generating and making available bank statements, 7) issuing and servicing payment cards, 8) enabling payments by means of POS terminals by the Contracting Authority’s counterparties to the Contracting Authority’s accounts, including making available, installing and servicing POS terminals and handling transactions made with cards issued under international payment systems, 9) granting (in each year during the…
