TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender specifies the provision of comprehensive cashless payment services for the e-TOLL System, enabling 24/7 transaction handling via Payment Cards (including payment wallets), BLIK, Pay By Link (PBL), and Fleet Cards, alongside the provision and maintenance of all necessary PDK infrastructure and the Authorization and Settlement System. Key technical requirements mandate seamless integration with the e-TOLL System and Fleet Card Issuers in online and offline environments, utilizing encrypted communication channels, supporting REST or SOAP interfaces, and delivering a Payment Gateway service with web applications for transaction management and reporting, all while settling transactions in PLN and adhering to specific UTC+0 date/time and unique transaction ID formats. - Ensuring functionality for the e-TOLL System to send online queries to the Authorization-Settlement System for transaction status
- Use of a unique transaction number, assigned by the e-TOLL System, for unambiguous transaction identification
