TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in performing air operations within the scope of TOPR’s activities, technical support, ensuring the airworthiness of the rescue helicopter Sokół W-3A SP SXW (hereinafter: “Helicopter”), and in all other actions related thereto. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority in relation to the subject matter of the contract have been specified in: 2.1. Annex No 2 to the SWZ: Description of the subject matter of the contract, 2.2. Annex No 3 to the SWZ: Draft contract. 1.
