1. The subject matter of the contract is: operation of solid-fuel boiler houses administered by 45 WOG Wędrzyn, divided into two parts. Part 1 – Operation of 2 solid-fuel boiler houses in m. Wędrzyn, m. Skwierzyna The scope of the operation includes:  maintaining the operated boiler house in continuous operation,  carrying out the documentation for boiler-house operation required and agreed with the Contracting Authority, including: boiler-house operating books, records and settlement of the accepted and consumed fuel,  rational management of the entrusted fuel, including settlement of its consumption in monthly cycles. The Contractor bears full material responsibility for the entrusted fuel which is the property of the Contracting Authority. 2. The contract template, Annex No 10 to the SWZ, supplements the description of the subject matter of the contract and constitutes an integral part of the Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia (Specification of the Terms of the Public Contract) 1.
