TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of OBU ticket rolls with a total net basic amount of HUF 228,690,000 subject to a call-off obligation, and additionally a net amount of HUF 98,010,000 not subject to a call-off obligation, i.e. a total net framework amount of HUF 326,700,000. The estimated quantity referring to the total net framework amount is approximately 94,600 ticket rolls, detailed in the technical description and the Public Procurement Documents (hereinafter: PD). The estimated quantity referring to the amount subject to the call-off obligation is approximately 66,200 pieces. The estimated quantity referring to the amount not subject to the call-off obligation is approximately 28,400 pieces. The estimated quantities have been determined to assist the Bidder (hereinafter: B) in pricing and for the comparability of bids submitted by Bidders (hereinafter: B), therefore the Contracting Authority (hereinafter: CA) does not undertake a call-off obligation for the estimated approximate quantities.
