TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of intervention, fully leather knee-high boots in two types: 200 pairs, Type 1 – high, intended primarily for direct firefighting intervention; 1000 pairs, Type 2 – low (lightweight), intended primarily for technical interventions, in accordance with the technical specification stated in Annex No. 1 to these tender documents (hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the performance”), for the period from the effective date of the concluded contract until 30.06.2029 or until the maximum total anticipated volume of 200 pairs of Type 1 boots and 1000 pairs of Type 2 boots is used up. The performance shall be carried out gradually according to the contracting authority’s current needs on the basis of individually issued requests to perform. The scope and size assortment of the first delivery are stated in Annex No. 2 to the tender documents. The bid must include the option to purchase replacement insoles up to the total required quantity of footwear in accordance with point 3.11 of the technical specification in Annex No. 1 to the tender documents.
