TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of the occluder occlusive device family in the quantity of 300 pcs/24 months as specified in detail in the Technical Specification forming part of the Procurement Documentation. The definition of the subject matter of procurement was made taking into account the provisions of Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), in order to clearly define the nature of the products to be procured. The Contracting Authority accepts performance equivalent to the designated products (and makes). In case of doubt, it is the tenderer’s responsibility to prove equivalence.
