TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance, by the Contractor, of personal and property security services, within the meaning of the Act of 22 August 1997 on protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532), including: 1) providing permanent, direct physical security at the Employer’s facilities, 2) monitoring the Employer’s facilities; a) monitoring signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic technical security systems b) ensuring readiness and response group dispatch. 3) screening correspondence using an RTG device provided by the Contractor; 4) support for reception desk services; 5) key deposit and ad hoc key delivery service by the response group. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a list of tasks, time limits and conditions for performing the subject of the contract, payment, etc. are specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter: “PPU”), which constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ, and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: “OPZ”), which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ. 1.
