TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of physical security services for persons and property at the premises of the Maintenance and Operations Section of the Company “Koleje Mazowieckie – KM” sp. z o.o. 2. The detailed description, scope, requirements and manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract are set out in the Draft contract provisions constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 3. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes that refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority allows the use of solutions equivalent to the solutions described in the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated in the SWZ and annexes, provided that they allow to obtain characteristics or parameters no worse than those referred to in the SWZ and annexes. In the event that equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall prove in the tender, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), that the proposed solutions…
