TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the provision, by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority, of services of constant, direct physical protection of property at multi-storey car parks administered by the Municipal Board of Roads and Bridges in Tychy. Data of the facilities subject to protection: Facility No. 1 – a 4-storey underground multi-storey car park located at ul. Dąbrowskiego, with an area of 10 837.62 m2. Facility No. 2 – a 4-storey above-ground multi-storey car park located at ul. Andersa/Asnyka, with an area of 11 255.84 m2. Facility No. 3 – a 2-storey above-ground multi-storey car park located at the junction of ul. Wyszyńskiego and ul. Edukacji, with an area of 3 448.80 m2. During the term of the contract, the subject of the service will be carried out around the clock, 7 days a week, by one security staff member at each of the facilities. Protection of the facility will be performed by the Contractor on the basis of: - the scope of duties of the security staff member, - instructions provided by the Contracting Authority regulating the rules of work at the facilities.
