TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is physical protection: a) of ZRiKD facilities and movable property in those facilities against theft, burglary, vandalism and acts of vandalism; b) securing construction sites and heavy equipment located on the streets of Warsaw, which is owned by ZRiKD; c) protection of the safety, life, health and bodily integrity of persons staying on the premises of ZRiKD facilities, carried out in accordance with the provisions governing the performance of security services, with due diligence. The security service is to be provided in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 121(1) and Article 60(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), reserves the obligation for the Contracting Authority to require the Contractor (contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract) to personally perform the subject matter of the contract in the scope of the physical security duties at permanent posts listed in “List and schedule of…
