TENDER DESCRIPTION

Personnel carrying out the contract in the scope of direct physical security are required to have valid authorisations of a qualified physical security staff member (the detailed requirements regarding security staff will be included in the description of the subject matter of the contract, an attachment to the SWZ). Based on Art. 95(1) of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ, during the performance of the contract, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing activities (specifically listed in the SWZ) in the scope of constant, direct physical security, excluding external intervention groups. The Contractor must be insured in respect of civil liability for tortious civil liability and for contractual civil liability. Detailed requirements in the above respect will be presented in the SWZ. For the Contractor whose tender is deemed to be the most advantageous, the provision of security for the proper performance of the contract will be required in the amount of 2% of the gross price stated in the tender.
