The aim is a standardized, media-break-free, and audit-proof processing of catalog-based procurement transactions from the contracting authority's system. The scope of services particularly includes the technical provision of the punchout catalog, integration into the procurement system, maintenance and regular updating of catalog and article data, as well as ongoing technical and professional support. Furthermore, high data quality, clear article classification, transparent price and condition presentation, and compliance with the contractually agreed conditions must be ensured.
