TENDER DESCRIPTION
Cleaning of the town of Namysłów and winter maintenance of municipal roads within the Municipality of Namysłów in 2027 The subject matter of the contract is summer cleaning of streets and pavements in the area of Namysłów and winter maintenance of municipal roads within the Municipality of Namysłów in 2027. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 3 to the SWZ. Reasons for not dividing the contract into parts: excessive technical difficulties, excessive costs of performing the contract, and difficulties in coordinating the actions of various Contractors carrying out individual parts of the contract, which could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract. The Contractor is required to perform the contract according to the rules and conditions described in the SWZ and in the tender.
