TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is to carry out a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Puławy, hereinafter referred to as the City or the Contracting Authority, during the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. 2. The scope of the contract includes throughout the term of the contract the collection from properties where residents live of the following types of municipal waste: 1) mixed unsorted municipal waste collected in bins; 2) municipal waste collected in a segregated manner, in containers or bags, divided into fractions: (a) paper, (b) metal and plastic, (c) glass, (d) bio-waste, (e) ash from household stoves. 3) bulky waste as part of campaign collections; 4) textiles and clothing as part of campaign collections. 3. The contract does not include collecting waste generated at residential properties originating from construction and renovation works, tyres, and other waste fractions not listed in point 1.2. 4.
