TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the Municipality of Gać, in a manner that ensures the achievement of the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, the landfill level and other levels and indicators required by law. The service will be performed in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, implementing regulations, provisions in force during the term of the contract contained in the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, local law acts of the Municipality of Gać, and other provisions of law in force during the term of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex No 6 to the SWZ and implementing resolutions. For the purposes of calculating the offer price, an estimated mass of 1,200 Mg is assumed.
