TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the area of Gmina Gać, in a manner ensuring that the levels required by law for preparation for re-use and recycling are achieved, the landfill level and other levels and indicators required by regulations are achieved. The service will be carried out in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas, implementing regulations, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship applicable during the performance period of the contract, local law acts of Gmina Gać and other provisions of law in force during the performance period of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No 6 to the SWZ and in the implementing resolutions. For the purposes of calculating the offer price, an estimated mass of 1,200 Mg is assumed.
