TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste within the municipality for the years 2027-2028, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship, and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order within the Municipality of Chełm, and in particular: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste regardless of prevailing weather conditions from residential and non-residential properties located within the Municipality of Chełm, including: supplying properties with bags for collecting municipal waste, exchanging bags at stands at bus stops and car parks, collection and management of waste from mass events and illegal waste dumps, 2) collection, transport and management of textiles and clothing and of construction waste, i.e. polystyrene foam, mineral wool, from the stationary Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point…
