TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire volume of municipal waste generated, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, from property owners: 1) properties where residents live; 2) the property on which there is a summer house, or another property used for recreational and holiday purposes; from the area of the Puszcza Mariańska municipality and their management (recovery and disposal) over a period of 12 months, no earlier than from 4 January 2027, or until the maximum value of the contract specified in Annex No 6 to the SWZ “Contract template” in §6 is exhausted. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 1.
