TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of Gmina Zakliczyn, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Zakliczyn (PSZOK), and the management of collected waste, through recovery or disposal. 2. The Contractor is required to manage the collected municipal waste in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of waste handling methods and with applicable legal regulations, including the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas. 3. The Contractor undertakes to conduct recovery and recycling processes with the highest professional diligence, using the available technology and parameters of municipal facilities, aiming to maximize the quantity of recovered material fractions. 1.
