1. Name assigned to the contract by the Contracting Authority: "Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties within the territory of Gmina Bielsk" 2. Type of contract: service 3. Place of performance: Bielsk commune (gm. Bielsk) 4. Subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties within the territory of Gmina Bielsk, and waste collected at the Fixed Selective Waste Collection Point, to be carried out: a) within a period of up to 12 months counted from the date of signature of the contract b) in an amount planned up to 2500 Mg, c) up to the maximum value resulting from the offer and the contract. 5.
