1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated in the area of Bądkowo Commune in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the area of Bądkowo Commune, in single-family and multi-family buildings. 3. The procedure for awarding a public contract is conducted in the form of an open tender, pursuant to Article 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law. 1.
